About Our Mediator: Cindy A. Sojka became certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Civil Mediator in 2009. In addition to serving as a mediator since 2009, she brings a wealth of experience to the job as a result of having participated in hundreds of mediations during her career. Cindy is available to mediate all types of circuit civil cases for attorneys, including but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, contract disputes, commercial disputes and insurance bad faith. About Our Facilities: You may schedule mediation either in your office or ours. We have conference rooms and offices available as break-out rooms, as well as kitchen facilities and beverages here at the office for your convenience and that of your clients. We have phone conferencing capabilities as well as audio-visual capabilities. Our mediations may be scheduled via Zoom or live. Our Rates: We offer reasonable rates. Please call us for our current rates. There are no facility fees should you choose to use our offices for your mediation. There is a two hour minimum fee for mediations. No cancellation fee will apply if our office is given notice at least 48 hours in advance of the time mediation is scheduled to begin.
